A leading company is seeking an experienced contractor to enhance HR technology through AI-driven features. The role involves researching, configuring, and implementing AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow, aiming to drive innovation and efficiency. BRMi is seeking a an experienced contractor with deep expertise in researching and configuring AI-driven features within HR Technology products, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow. This role will be responsible for exploring, analyzing, and implementing AI capabilities within HR technology platforms, driving innovation, efficiency, and automation.
Position is open to US citizens, permanent residents, green card EAD and TN visa only.No Third party applicants.
**Can be 100% remote in TX, NJ, NC, WV, AL, VA, MD, MO, DC, GA, or FL**

Salary: $95K-119K

Demonstrated expertise with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR ServiceNow, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
Strong background in AI research and application within enterprise HR systems, with the ability to evaluate business impact and technical feasibility.
Experience working within cross-functional innovation or “tiger teams”, contributing to strategic roadmaps for AI adoption in HR.
Knowledge of emerging trends in HR technology, particularly in AI and automation, with the ability to synthesize and present insights to leadership.
Familiarity with data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI integration in HR systems.
Proven ability to develop metrics, reports, and presentations on AI performance and outcomes for HR stakeholders.
Skilled in creating training documentation and user guidance for AI-powered HR functionalities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of AI-related initiatives across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred); certifications in Oracle or AI/ML platforms a plus.
