What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation Oracle module within the HR Technology framework
- Ensure seamless integration of HCM elements, including payroll, benefits, and employee data management
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate system functionality and data integrity
- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements
- Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record in HR Technology project leadership within an Oracle HCM environment
- Deep expertise in the Incentive Compensation Oracle module as well as Workforce Compensation and Payroll HCM modules
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus on ownership structures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the refinement of Oracle Fusion RACI matrix for operational needs
- Familiarity with developing training materials for user adoption
- Strong background in troubleshooting complex HR technology issues
