MMD Services Inc. in Chicago seeks an Innovation Program Coordinator to help the Hotel Performance Hub bring AI and technology initiatives to life across hundreds of locations.

You will translate project direction into clear materials, communications, and experiences for corporate teams and hotels. You will coordinate onboarding to new tools, support hotels across regions and time zones, prepare trainings and communications, and turn evolving concepts into engaging content.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing to simplify complex information.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning new tools.
• Ability to listen, take feedback, and deliver on priorities.
• Comfort communicating with audiences from staff to senior leadership.
• Interest in AI and technology and helping teams adopt new tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate communications explaining goals, changes, progress, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate hotel onboarding to new tools, including contacts and timelines.
• Organize training and Q&A sessions across regions and time zones.
• Deliver or support live trainings and provide guidance to hotels.
• Update stakeholder content and templates to reflect current project states.
