Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an AI Innovation Lab Event Coordinator to design and execute customer experiences that translate visits into measurable engagement and pipeline. You will work with cross-functional teams to create impactful site visits, webinars, and hybrid events that align with strategic goals.

The role blends planning with hands-on logistics, tracking outcomes, and maintaining brand standards across all experiences, while supporting demand generation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or delivering marketing events, webinars, or experiential programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple event workstreams at the same time using clear plans and priorities.
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events on schedule.
  • Comfort working with event metrics such as attendance, engagement, and follow up actions.
  • Strong attention to detail in logistics, timelines, and execution.
  • Ability to document plans, outcomes, and learnings in a clear and structured way.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver site visits and events including in person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

  • Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, registration workflows, speaker support, and run of show.
  • Partner with account, technical, and user experience teams to align messaging before, during, and after visits or events.
  • Support promotion and follow up activities to ensure visits and events drive measurable engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • Track visits and event performance, capture insights, and document outcomes to inform future planning.
  • Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates so stakeholders understand progress and next steps.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and customer experience standards are consistently applied across all visits and events.

This role focuses on turning site visits into well executed experiences, working closely with technical, experience, content, digital, and sales teams to ensure visits are aligned to priorities and follow through is clear and actionable. You will balance planning and execution, with hands on ownership of logistics, coordination, and performance tracking. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $120,120 to $228,000California (All Other): $110,040 to $209,040Colorado: $100,080 to $190,080Massachusetts: $100,080 to $209,040New York City: $120,120 to $228,000Washington: $110,040 to $209,040Washington DC: $110,040 to $209,040 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
