Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead and govern complex AI infrastructure, deployments, and transformation programs across the IDCS organization.

You will bridge Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Operations, and cybersecurity to ensure AI initiatives meet business goals and customer outcomes. The role requires expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and datacenter domains, with strong program management, change management, and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, engineering, CS, business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive program management experience in technology.
• Experience leading cross‑functional enterprise AI/cyber/datacenter initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI programs across Datacenter, AI, and Cyber domains.
• Define objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and executive reviews.
