The role centers on customer-facing program leadership, governance, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, architecture, and operations. Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise AI, infrastructure, and technology transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, customer-facing AI, infrastructure, cloud, and modernization programs from discovery to production deployment.
- Develop program plans, roadmaps, schedules, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, delivery, security, facilities, and vendors.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure on-time delivery against SOWs.
