Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead and govern complex AI infrastructure, deployment, and transformation programs across the IDCS organization.

This role bridges Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations to ensure successful AI initiatives align with business objectives and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program management for AI infrastructure deployments, AI labs, GPU-based solutions, field deployment

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing multiple AI/infrastructure programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations.
• Strong executive communication and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI programs across Datacenter, AI, and Cyber domains.
• Oversee AI infrastructure deployments, GPU compute initiatives, and AI labs.
• Establish governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Onboard strategic customers and ensure production handoff.
