Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer role or similar.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure or observability platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical discovery and demo conversations.
• Translate complex infrastructure problems for evaluations.
• Build and maintain demo environments.

Skills

Strong technical background in backend systems

Excellent communication skills

Experience building POCs

Project management

Familiarity with SRE workflows
