Job summary

Google is hiring a Customer Engineer for AI Infrastructure in the Public Sector. You will partner with technical Sales to differentiate Google Cloud and serve as the primary technical partner, engaging in technical conversations, troubleshooting, demos, and architecture planning to solve customer business issues.

You will focus on AI infrastructure, HPC workloads, and cross-pillar cloud solutions, balancing sales with technical engagement and delivery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer time-to-value on AI Infra and HPC workloads.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with customer teams and drive strategy.
• Provide domain expertise around hardware accelerators and ML frameworks.
• Advise on GPU/TPU hardware, framework selection, benchmarks and model building.
• Manage research engineering relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
