Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure Delivery Operations to drive integrated strategy and delivery across our rapidly expanding AI infrastructure portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and operations, ensuring dependencies stay synchronized from planning through production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex technical programs or large-scale operational programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, construction, or NPI.
• Strong understanding of integrated program management, dependency management, risk mitigation.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems in hyperscale data centers.
• Experience supporting supply planning, manufacturing operations, or deployment planning for complex infrastructure.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, governance mechanisms, operational KPIs, and scalable program management frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-priority programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure programs from planning through handoff.
• Analyze capacity, manufacturing capability, and supply availability to guide deployment sequencing.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to operationalize NPI and transition platforms into production.
• Maintain integrated program plans across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Manage dependencies, critical path, risks, and recovery plans across teams and partners.
• Assess production readiness, manufacturing performance, logistics, and deployment readiness with partners.
• Design governance models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for visibility and decisions.
• Translate complex technical and business challenges into concise executive communications.
• Continuously improve the operating model and delivery methodologies for OpenAI infrastructure.
