Job summary

Boston Dynamics seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the PMO and optimize the AI infrastructure that powers our robotics initiatives. You will orchestrate sequencing of work across training clusters, data processing pipelines, and data operations teams to keep engineers moving fast as we scale.

You will influence resource allocation for GPU clusters, coordinate with AI engineering leads, and drive roadmap alignment with the broader AI robotics strategy.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Engineering or a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a program management role, handling multiple schedules and compute/infrastructure resources.
• Strong communication; ability to distill complex info into concise formats.
• Experience with PM tools (Google Suite, JIRA/Atlassian products).
• Experience coordinating across engineering and data teams to manage shared resources.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sequence, and prioritize work across training clusters and data teams to maximize efficiency.
• Allocate GPU resources across concurrent model trainings and protect throughput.
• Oversee data pipelines converting real-world robot data into training inputs for AI models.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for data annotation and QA.
• Drive process improvements for resource allocation and utilization tracking.
