Crusoe is hiring Production Engineer II to keep our multi-billion dollar AI cloud infrastructure online, from GPU clusters to customer workloads and SLAs. You'll write automation in Python or Go and contribute to monitoring, incident response, and reliability across compute, storage, and networking.

Qualifications

Triage and resolve production incidents across GPU infrastructure.
Write automation in Python or Go to reduce manual toil.
Build monitoring, alerting, observability, and telemetry to catch issues early.
Participate in on-call rotations and blameless post‑mortems.
Learn from senior engineers to own more surface area over time.

Responsibilities

Own the health and reliability of Crusoe's AI cloud infrastructure.
Grow breadth across compute, storage, networking, or specialization over time.
Run validation testing on configuration changes and firmware updates before production.
Collaborate with senior and staff engineers on hardware reliability standards.
