Job summary

Nebius is building a world-class AI cloud platform and is seeking a Development Manager to lead infrastructure development across the Americas from executed agreement to construction readiness. You’ll coordinate with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.

The role involves leading governance, readiness gates, and project controls; you’ll help write standards as Nebius

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center development or related field.
• Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning knowledge.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
• Deliver development-ready projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
• Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings; recommend Go / No-Go decisions.
• Serve as primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
