Job summary

Nebius invites a Development Manager to steer AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from agreement to construction readiness. You will coordinate with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to convert acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready programs.

This build-phase role requires you to shape governance, readiness gates, and project controls as the function scales, delivering repeatable, low-risk projects across a rapidly

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center development or mission-critical projects.
• Experience coordinating permitting, entitlement, and development planning.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
• Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
• Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings.
