Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Technical Due Diligence Manager to evaluate AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas. You’ll lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit projects, partnering with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering and Legal to identify risks and inform investment decisions.

This build-phase role helps write standards and processes, build consultant networks, and scale the due diligence function.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence across infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigations and environmental assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit infrastructure
• Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility and entitlement studies
• Procure and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development to final recommendation
• Interpret findings and provide development recommendations to support acquisition decisions
• Prepare due diligence summaries and present risks and recommendations to executives
