Prime Intellect is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring adoption, renewal, and expansion across our frontier AI platform. You will read Grafana dashboards, coordinate with ML infrastructure teams, and partner with Sales on capacity expansions.

This role blends technical partnership with business acumen and requires cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Compute, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end, focusing on adoption, retention, expansion, and health.
• Build deep relationships with technical and executive stakeholders within each customer.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive expansion opportunities and renewal conversations with Sales.
• Maintain visibility into customer economics in partnership with Finance and Compute.
