Job summary

Lightbits Labs Ltd. is seeking a mid-career sales leader to own and drive full-cycle engagements selling AI-ready cloud infrastructure in the US West market. You will build a robust pipeline, engage with senior executives, and partner with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that meet demanding AI workloads.

The role requires a proven startup background, strategic account planning, and a relentless focus on outcomes. Remote work with travel to close deals and engage customers is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of field hardware/software sales experience to SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Fluent in the open source ecosystem and cloud IT landscape.
• Strong track record of prioritizing right accounts and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle sales engagements with prospects deploying AI-ready cloud infrastructure.
• Qualify opportunities with rigor and drive complex deals from first conversation to close.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of customers and partners.
• Forge relationships with prospects and customers to shape product, support, and executive alignment.
• Cultivate channel partners and systems integrators to extend Lightbits' reach.
• Collaborate with sales, tech, and marketing teams across time zones to exceed goals.
• Demonstrate excellent communications with all stakeholders.
