You’ll own full-cycle deals end to end, from first conversation through signature, working closely with our GTM and Engineering teams along the way. This is a high-ownership seat on a growing sales team, with real influence over how we build our sales motion from here.
Three traits define the people who thrive here, and this role leans on all three.
Initiative. You take hold of your accounts and look for ways to create value that no one assigned you. When our roadmap or playbook has a gap, you close it rather than wait for someone to notice.
Drive. The hard problems are the fun part. Inference at trillions of tokens a week is a genuinely difficult engineering and commercial puzzle, and the people who do well here are energized by that rather than worn down by it.
Grit. Technical evaluations are long and the market moves weekly. You stay with the deal, keep learning the material as it shifts underneath you, and treat every setback as a lesson rather than a wall.
