C3 AI is seeking an Industry Solution Leader (ISL) for Power and Utilities to lead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions for clients, specializing in Power Generation and Battery Storage Dispatch Optimization. The role combines senior domain expertise with cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, and executive teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in power-generation assets and a track record of delivering complex enterprise AI solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, or related consulting.
• Deep experience in asset-intensive industries including power generation or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer-facing engagements and deliver measurable business value.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, processes, and operational workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for engagements.
• Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
• Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, production, and energy efficiency.
• Translate engineering challenges into AI/ML and software problems with clear success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment around customer outcomes.
• Guide interpretation and use of industrial data to solve problems.
• Maintain accountability for solution quality, risks, and delivery progress.
