C3 AI is seeking an Industry Solution Leader for Power and Utilities to spearhead design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions focused on power generation and battery storage optimization. You will guide engagements from problem definition through production deployment, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to achieve measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
7+ years in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, or consulting.
Experience in asset-intensive industries, including power generation or utilities.
Ability to translate complex problems into AI/ML/optimization solutions.
Experience with industrial data and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Own solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for engagements.
Serve as the primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, throughput, energy efficiency, and economics.
Translate challenges into AI/ML/optimization problems with clear success criteria.
Lead use-case definition, requirements, architecture, deployment, and scale-out.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
