Job summary

Local World is seeking an experienced Training Delivery Manager to support a major enterprise technology transformation in the healthcare industry. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has personally trained end users, prepared super users and trainers, and supported teams through phased implementations, go-live, and hypercare.

Travel may be required based on client and project needs, including onsite training, deployment waves, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise technology training delivery experience.
• Proven train-the-trainer and super-user enablement experience.
• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user training across pilot and rollout waves.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions.
• Build and coach super-user networks.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support.

What We’re Looking For

• 7-10 years of enterprise technology training delivery experience
• Proven experience with train-the-trainer and super-user enablement
• Experience supporting phased or multi-wave implementations
• Strong facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working for a consulting firm or systems integrator
• Experience in a regulated industry, ideally healthcare
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving implementation environment
