You will design and deliver training programs, monitor performance, and collaborate with clinical and technical leaders to align efforts with organizational policies and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years IT operations experience.
• Active HIPAA compliance credential/training.
• Strong knowledge of IT workflows, healthcare applications, data integrity, and training best practices.
• Experience leading teams, managing priorities, and supporting remote employees.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
