Job summary
VitalEdge Technologies Inc. is seeking a hybrid technical and functional specialist to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our AI Technician Assist platform.
This role bridges AI technology, e-Emphasys ERP service data, and real-world field operations to accelerate accurate diagnostics for customer-reported machine failures. You will collaborate with IT, Service Operations, and the ERP Product team, designing workflows, ensuring data quality, and driving adoption across a diverse
Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled apps and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment dealer ERP service module and API integration.
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and middleware.
- Understanding of service order lifecycle and warranty in dealer ops.
- Familiarity with diagnostic workflows and OEM manuals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the AI Technician Assist platform.
- Own ERP data integration between the AI platform and the Service module.
- Define success criteria with the data science/AI Product teams.
- Translate technician workflows into guided assist flows.
- Develop training materials and SOPs; drive adoption across technicians.
- Report progress and adoption metrics to Service Operations leadership and Product team.
