Job summary

Nextiva is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager, AI Solutions, to lead a U.S.-based AI Implementation team and work directly with customers to turn requirements into production-ready AI workflows. You will coach ~10 specialists, drive adoption, and collaborate across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering to scale AI implementations.

A strong background in SaaS, AI, and prompt engineering is required.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, technical consulting, AI implementation, or customer onboarding.
2+ years leading technical, implementation, or customer-facing teams.
Experience leading enterprise customer implementations from discovery through deployment.
Experience implementing AI-powered customer solutions using large language models and workflow automation.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and how prompt design influences AI behavior.
Experience configuring conversational AI, AI assistants, workflow automation, or similar AI platforms.
Experience evaluating AI outputs through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer AI implementations by translating requirements into scalable AI solution designs.
Lead and coach a team of ~10 AI Implementation Specialists.
Provide technical leadership on prompt engineering, workflow design, and integrations.
Ensure successful go-lives, adoption, and value realization for customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and IT to optimize onboarding.
Troubleshoot complex AI workflow and integration challenges with customers.
