Job summary

Finpilot is seeking a proactive professional to sit with investment teams and implement AI-driven workflows that match how offices operate today. You will own the client journey from discovery through go-live and ongoing expansion, aligning agents, integrations, and templates to each client's needs.

You will work alongside CIOs and portfolio teams, shaping the AI infrastructure and onboarding processes while feeding insights back to product.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn institutional finance quickly.
• Experience using AI/automation to solve client problems.
• Direct exposure to customers and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation end to end for new clients from discovery to go-live.
• Deeply learn client workflows to tailor AI agents and automation.
• Configure data integrations and workflows for each client.
• Run sessions with investment teams to convert capability into adoption.
• Help build internal AI infrastructure and onboarding processes.
• Provide client feedback to product team to shape next features.
