Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an AI Creative Production Coordinator to support the AI Creative Manager in daily AI image production. You will coordinate between creative, production, studios, and cross-functional partners to translate direction into high-quality AI-assisted imagery.

You will manage source assets, run AI workflows, review outputs, provide comps, track timelines, and prepare final assets for site launches and marketing, ensuring brand consistency and product accuracy.

Qualifications

Formal photography or post-production background.
Experience with generative AI tools or AI-assisted image workflows.
Strong visual judgment to evaluate AI-generated imagery against brand standards.
Ability to learn and adapt to evolving AI tools and workflows.
Experience delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
Ability to manage multiple requests and realistic timelines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate AI production workload to meet deadlines and priorities.
Prepare image assets for internal AI tools and workflows for site launches.
Partner with cross-functional teams to determine product pairings and scenes for AI imagery.
Review and QA AI-generated images for quality and brand consistency.
Collaborate with color retouchers to refine styling and details.
Create and present comps; communicate timelines and status updates.
