Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an AI Creative Production Coordinator to drive day-to-day AI image workflows.

You will coordinate with the AI Creative Manager, production, studios, and cross-functional partners to translate creative direction into high-quality AI imagery and assets for site launches. Ideal candidates have formal photography/post-production experience, familiarity with generative AI tools, and a strong eye for brand-consistent imagery.

Qualifications

• Formal photography or post-production background.
• Experience with generative AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong visual judgment to evaluate AI imagery against brand standards.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving AI tools.
• Experience delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and realistic timelines.
• Degree in Arts, Visual Design or Graphic/Web Design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly AI production workload with the AI Creative Manager.
• Prepare image assets for internal AI tools and site launches.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine product pairings and scenes.
• Build milestones and communicate successes and roadblocks.
• Run source imagery through internal AI tools and ensure quality.
• Review and QA all AI-generated images for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with color retouchers to enhance styling.
• Create comps, communicate timelines, and provide status updates.
• Work with tech teams to enhance AI tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot issues related to AI outputs and timelines.
• Support ongoing AI image requests and asset refreshes.
• Help evolve Pottery Barn Kids brand standards for AI imagery.
