Job summary

Pottery Barn Kids is seeking a Manager, CGI/AI Art Director to lead photorealistic product imagery across CGI, AI, and in-studio photography. You will translate business needs into compelling visuals that engage customers and drive revenue from the Richmond Photo Studio.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise in lighting, interiors, and emerging AI tools, with a focus on scalable, high-volume production and cross-functional collaboration with design,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art / Design required.
• Experience in 3D photorealistic imaging and leading CG teams.
• Portfolio emphasizing interiors, home furnishings, architecture, AI imagery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide art direction, interior design, and styling for photorealistic outputs across CGI, AI, and photography.
• Translate art direction into AI prompts for high-volume SKU needs.
• Generate, review, and QA AI/CGI/photography imagery with attention to detail.
• Ensure assets are presented in final crops and on-brand standards.
• Coordinate prop/product pairings, lighting, and retouching notes across teams.
• Lead reviews, QA processes, and asset approvals.
• Maintain brand standards and visual guidelines across content.
