Job summary

iTech Solutions, Inc. is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to translate business needs into AI-enabled use cases, design end-to-end processes, and manage release readiness in a cross-functional environment.

You will deliver plans, coordinate with HR systems like Workday, ensure architecture governance, and drive continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions while coordinating with CIP, security, and privacy teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into AI-enabled use cases and define success criteria.
• Design end-to-end processes with user journeys, interactions, and exceptions.
• Assess solution viability and architectural impact with technical teams.
• Coordinate architecture governance and change approvals.
• Define AI-specific requirements including intents and fallback logic.
• Plan deliveries, dependencies, milestones, and releases.
• Support UAT planning and defect triage.

Responsibilities

• Drive release readiness and sign-off across stakeholders.
• Produce concise status reports for executives with risks and progress.
• Coordinate with HR systems, security, privacy, and CIP teams.
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition planning for support.
