Job summary

Ember AI in Burlingame, CA is seeking a Product Manager to own major areas of Ember’s AI agent platform, translating customer needs into product requirements and working with engineering to ship reliable AI-powered solutions in healthcare.

You will collaborate across pods, talk directly with customers to understand workflows, prioritize features, and shape the product roadmap as the company scales in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience with ownership of meaningful areas.
• Strong product judgment, structured thinking and fast learning.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems, understand them deeply and guide a team.
• Customer-oriented mindset with understanding of user workflows.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
• Analytical approach using data, evidence and first-principles reasoning.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful areas of Ember’s AI agent platform from definition to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Talk directly with customers and users to understand workflows, pain points and value.
• Translate complex workflows into clear product requirements, edge cases and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering to design and ship AI-native products used in healthcare.
• Define product quality metrics including accuracy, reliability, and adoption.
• Review agent behavior and data to decide what to improve next.
• Prioritize work considering customer value, business impact and effort.
• Help shape Ember’s broader product strategy, roadmap and practices.
