Job summary

Capgemini, a leader in technology services, seeks an engineer to own the AI-native product harness and CI/ environment loop for its financial services team in Atlanta. You will contribute to fast, isolated environments, deterministic CI, and agent orchestration.

You will work with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and in-house agents to push capabilities into production. You will shape a self-improving system where failures, transcripts, and evaluation verdicts guide model adaptation.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a development environment and build system used by multi-team engineering groups.
• Experience deploying or operating AI coding agents beyond personal use.
• Ability to measure developer experience improvements with data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development environments, CI and harness for agents.
• Maintain evaluation-gated merges and CI integration.
• Improve agent harness through transcripts, failures, and evaluation data.
