Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of manufacturing and test experience for Compute, Storage or Network Hardware products.
• Deep technical understanding of hardware architecture and expertise in defining requirements, testing and validating high-performance compute/GPU systems.
• Experience collaborating with ODMs to deliver data center server accelerator products.
• Familiarity with manufacturing test solutions for Data Center Infrastructure hardware products.
• Experience with new product introduction and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of a comprehensive product quality strategy and process for next-generation AI hardware systems.
• Design test methods, establish standards, and drive continuous improvement with Meta manufacturing partners and key suppliers.
• Own the Major Issue List and conduct Failure Analysis and Corrective Actions to achieve quality yield goals.
• Engage early with Meta Engineering to implement robust DFx requirements.
• Advance test coverage, methodologies, and infrastructure to maximize reliability and scalability.
• Perform First Article and Source Inspections reviews on hardware components and assemblies.
• Create BOMs and engineering change notifications through PLM tools.
