Job summary

TetraMem - Accelerate The World is seeking a seasoned Field Applications Engineer to support customers evaluating and deploying our AI hardware, SDKs, and software solutions. You will troubleshoot complex issues, assist with SDK integration, and help optimize performance across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Software, Hardware, ML, and Product teams to resolve issues, create documentation, and deliver technical demonstrations and training. Travel to customers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Field Applications Engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Experience troubleshooting software, embedded systems, or semiconductor products.
• Familiarity with Linux, development tools, and debugging techniques.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers evaluating and deploying TetraMem's products.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, SDK, and system integration issues with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with software installation, SDK integration, AI model deployment, and optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical docs and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate issues and drive resolutions.
• Support demonstrations, training, POC evaluations, and pre-sales engagements.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product improvements.
• Perform system validation, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
• Build strong technical relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Travel to customer sites and events as needed.
