Job summary

Dioptra is building Contract OS to glue ERP, CLM, and enterprise tools. We seek a growth scientist who also creates content to run top-of-funnel experiments and produce launch assets end-to-end for an enterprise audience.

You’ll own the content and experimentation engine, influence messaging, and partner with founders to push a new AI-native tooling category in the legal/procurement space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant growth and marketing experience, including enterprise focus
• Experience designing and running structured experiments (A/B or multivariate) with budget accountability
• Ability to script or code agents to build growth infrastructure
• Proven content creation experience for technical, enterprise buyers (videos, landing pages, campaign copy)

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a fleet of AI agents to run top-of-funnel experiments across messaging, channels, and creative.
• Create and edit launch content, landing pages, and ad copy for a technical, enterprise buyer.
• Own launches end-to-end—positioning, sequencing, follow-on content, and lifecycle engagement.
• Report on outcomes, focusing on pipeline, signups, CAC efficiency, and ROI rather than activity.
• Partner with product and founders to shape market signals, roadmap input, and how the tool is positioned.
