You should have retail packaging experience, a strong portfolio showing polished creative and production-ready files, and a deep command of current AI tools.

Qualifications

• Retail packaging experience required.
• Portfolio showing polished creative and production-ready files.
• Demonstrated mastery of AI creative tools with production direction.
• Strong production discipline: dielines, bleed, factory specs, print-ready files.
• Fast, self-directed, energized by ahead-of-curve work.
• Soft goods/home textile background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging inserts, dielines, factory guidelines, presentations, marketing creative, and product mockups.
• Use AI tools heavily and daily to accelerate output.
• Turn briefs into finished, factory-ready work with speed and volume.
