B’laster Holdings is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to elevate visual storytelling across packaging, digital, and in-store assets. Under the Marketing Director, you will shape on-brand visuals, lead packaging projects through print-ready files, and push innovative design with AI to improve speed and quality.

You should bring a strong portfolio in packaging, photography, web, and print, plus 5–7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in graphic design or related role.
• Strong portfolio showing packaging, photography, web, and print work.
• Portfolio examples of AI used in design concepting and production, with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects from concept through print-ready files, including artwork, dielines, and approvals.
• Design packaging and labels that follow brand standards and communicate product benefits clearly.
• Plan and shoot product photography and create digital assets for web and retail use.
• Develop creative concepts and carry them through to finished, production-ready files.
• Train team members on templates and design systems to ensure on-brand work.
