Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Retail Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio in retail displays, merchandising, graphics, branding, and 3D visualization.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept through production.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Solid understanding of retail fixtures, display systems, shopper journeys, and merchandising principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Develop breakthrough concepts for permanent and temporary retail displays and environments under the Creative Director.
• Translate consumer insights and brand strategies into innovative design solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools and 3D platforms to accelerate concept development.
• Create graphic, structural, and environmental design solutions from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, clients, sales, engineers, estimators, and manufacturing for feasible ideas.
• Produce high-quality renderings, mood boards, and presentation materials to communicate design intent.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables per the Creative Director's vision.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Stay ahead of retail trends and materials to elevate creative output.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class execution from concept to production.
• Support innovation initiatives exploring new materials and digital shopper technologies.
• Create concepts, revisions, and final recommendations with the Creative Director when needed.
