The role ensures all AI outputs meet compliance, brand standards, and privacy requirements while embedding governance into workflows. Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Enablement, and Sales drives adoption and auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, risk management, legal operations, privacy, security governance, or regulated communications.
• Strong understanding of AI risks such as hallucination, bias, privacy exposure, unsupported claims, data leakage, or inaccurate personalization.
• Ability to design clear approval tiers and escalation paths.
• Experience writing governance documentation (policies, standards, procedures).
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Enablement, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Define governance frameworks, risk controls, and escalation paths for AI-generated content.
• Build governance policies and compliance frameworks for AI outputs.
• Establish approval workflows and human-in-the-loop processes.
