Job summary

MAPFRE is seeking a Responsible AI Governance Lead to shape governance for ML, GenAI, and AI agents across the enterprise. Lead risk assessments, approvals, and governance documentation, while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams in a hybrid Boston/ Webster setting.

You will maintain AI inventories, define controls, and drive practical, scalable governance practices balancing risk and business value. Strong insurance domain knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation and continuous improvement of Mapfre’s AIS Governance Program, including operating model and decision forums.
