• Develop governance processes, decision rights, review boards, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with legal, privacy, cybersecurity, and technology teams to produce guidance.
• Address generative AI, AI agents, retrieval‑augmented generation, and third‑party models.
• Bridge policy with engineering, data, and cloud teams to define implementable requirements.
• Build executive alignment, facilitate working groups, and prepare briefings.
• Measure governance effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback.
