Job summary

Doist in Denver, CO seeks an AI Engineer to own day-to-day AI governance, inventorying AI assets, tracking controls and evidence, and validating privacy requirements. You will partner with builders in Copilot/Agentic environments and contribute hands-on work as needed.

You will manage governance dashboards, enforce DLP, data classification, connectors, and identity controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure governance is effective and compliant.

Qualifications

• Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI and AI controls.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio and Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience in AI asset and inventory management.
• Exposure to low-code development.
• Ability to understand how agents are built and deployed.
• Strong communication and cultural fit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain authoritative inventory of AI assets with ownership, purpose, connectors, data sources, risk tier and review date.
• Collaborate with builders in Copilot/agentic environments and engage in hands-on work as needed.
• Manage governance dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure DLP, data classification, connectors, and identity/access controls are implemented.
