Job summary

The Dalio Family Office (DFO) in Westport, CT seeks an AI Governance Analyst/Engineer to build and operate a program for responsible adoption of agentic AI, author the AI-SSDLC, gate agents before production, and own the organization's AI threat model.

You will work across IT, Compliance, Legal, and business units, serve as the SME on Agentic AI security for leadership, and drive automation and dashboards to improve governance and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information security or related field.
5+ years in information security, IT governance, risk, or software engineering.
Hands-on enterprise AI/automation experience (2+ years).
Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern the AI-SSDLC and enterprise agent registry.
Lead AI threat modeling, risk assessments, and red team exercises.
Monitor AI systems for security, compliance, and risk, with reporting.
Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Security teams.
