Job summary

Doist is seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Platform Engineer to transform AI proofs of concept into secure, governed, scalable, and production-ready enterprise capabilities.

You will build, test, secure, monitor, and operate AI-powered applications and agentic platforms, integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, APIs, cloud services, and identity/security controls in a hybrid Denver, CO environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Agentic AI / AI application engineering.
• Full-stack software background.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform APIs, integrations.
• AI agents/tool orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and productionize AI applications and agentic workflows.
• Transform AI proofs of concept into secure, scalable production solutions.
• Build reusable components and platform capabilities for enterprise AI.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, connectors and enterprise services.
• Implement AI agent tool orchestration and access controls.
• Sandboxing and isolation mechanisms for AI agents and apps.
• Secure identity, authentication, authorization, and access-control patterns.
• Telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and observability for AI apps.
• Automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI output quality.
• State management, recovery, and resilience for agentic workflows.
• Cloud-based AI components and supporting infra.
• Collaborate with Copilot Studio and Power Platform to enable enterprise AI capabilities.
• Low-code and pro-code solutions, integrated appropriately.
