Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an AI Governance Engineer to implement, audit, and automate our AI standards and controls. You will draft standards, map controls to evidence, and produce audit-ready documentation, working with platform capabilities such as gateway policies, logging, and IAM.

The role involves building verifiable requirements for model access, oversight, and logging, plus contributing to policy-as-code and governance automation with the AI/Controls teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech governance, risk/controls, or compliance engineering.
• Experience writing technical standards mapped to regulatory or policy obligations.
• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, RBAC, logging and monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI systems for enforceable requirements.
• Strong writing and audit-ready documentation discipline.
• Experience with GRC processes: exceptions, findings, evidence, remediation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and iterate the AI standards library under the Lead's direction.
• Engineer each control as a testable requirement with owners and evidence.
• Build obligation-to-control-to-evidence mappings against guidance.
• Contribute to policy-as-code and controls automation with platform teams.
• Produce evidence artifacts and assessment documentation for reviews.
