Job summary

DRW is seeking an AI Full Stack Software Developer to join our AI and Multi Asset Systematic Strategies team. You will build internal tooling and infrastructure that harness AI/ML to boost productivity across the firm, with a focus on scalable RAG systems and LLM evaluation.

Location: Montréal (preferred). Open to remote for the right candidate. You will collaborate with traders, researchers and engineers, design robust software, and help advance our AI-driven trading capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or Software Engineering.
• 4-7+ years building production software with technical leadership.
• Strong full-stack development with modern web frameworks and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI/ML tooling and scalable RAG systems.
• Design and implement LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers and engineers to define features.
• Drive projects from conception to production with planning and handoff.
• Ensure uptime through monitoring and proactive maintenance.
• Write clean, documented code per standards and conduct reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tech and best practices.
