The Company in Canada is building an AI-driven insurance platform and seeks an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to design and implement intelligent systems across the stack. You will work on front-end, back-end and AI/ML initiatives, contributing to architecture discussions and release planning.

Our stack includes Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph and AWS, with openness to new tools. Remote-first, Toronto-based, with Canada and beyond as the target market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with full-stack development using Python and React.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts from coursework, side projects, or work experience.
• Prompt engineering or experience integrating AI APIs/models.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features for the AI-powered web app using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing, data extraction and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sr. Engineers to deploy models to production.
• Contribute to architecture planning, code reviews and release planning.
• Own feature development end-to-end after ramp-up, coordinating with QA and teams.
• Support cross-team communication to unblock dependencies and improve release flow.
