Job summary

Raubex is seeking an AI-focused Full-Stack Developer to architect, build, and deploy intelligent software applications. You will blend traditional web engineering with AI capabilities, including RAG pipelines, AI agentic workflows, and LLM API integrations.

You will collaborate with the team to convert business workflows into fast, scalable, AI-powered web applications, delivering robust back-end APIs and responsive front-end interfaces.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, with at least 1.5+ years of hands‑on experience building production applications using AI models and LLMs.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or raw LLM API tool calling/function execution.
• Experience with vector stores like Pinecone, Chroma, Supabase pgvector, or Weaviate.
• Strong backend in Python (FastAPI, Django) or TypeScript/Node.js, and frontend in React/Next.js/Vue.js.
• Knowledge of version control and cloud platforms (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Vercel, Docker, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• AI & LLM Integration: Design and implement intelligent features using OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, and API integrations.
• RAG & Agentic Workflows: Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, autonomous AI agents, and custom workflow automations.
• Database & Vector Search: Design and query relational databases and vector databases for semantic retrieval and memory stores.
• Full-Stack Application Engineering: Develop responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end APIs.
• Optimization & Performance: Implement prompt engineering strategies, evaluate model latency, and optimize queries and costs.
• Daily Agile Execution: Participate in daily stand-ups, maintain clean Git workflows, write automated tests, and report progress via Slack and Jira/Asana.
