Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City seeks an Agentic AI Full Stack Software Engineer III to design and deliver AI-powered financial tech solutions. You’ll build client-facing web apps using Java/Python/React, integrate LLMs, and deploy secure, scalable services. Collaborate across product and design to meet stringent regulatory standards.

You will work on multi-functional teams to implement AI workflows, data pipelines, and observability, ensuring low-latency experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python with strong OOP fundamentals.
• Experience building external-facing web apps with React, TS/JS, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices (Spring Boot or FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for AI/ML deployments.
• Hands-on integration of NLP/LLM models into production apps.
• Understanding of secure coding, data handling, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy client-facing web apps embedding AI features.
• Build React UI experiences for LLM-powered workflows and chat.
• Implement AI workflows with tool orchestration and human-in-loop controls.
• Develop front-end architecture and UX patterns for AI features.
• Create scalable APIs and microservices for AI models.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance in solutions.
