Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building LLM-powered applications or agentic systems.
• Strong Python engineering skills, including asynchronous programming, API development, automated testing, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business users and technology teams.
• Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, assess data readiness, and translate priorities into a practical design and delivery plan.
• Build production-quality AI applications, agents, and supporting services; develop APIs, retrieval pipelines, tool integrations, and orchestration logic.
