Responsibilities

• Maintain and update KPI taxonomy and AI-assisted metrics.
• Build and maintain product performance dashboards with accurate instrumentation.
• Prepare executive summaries and KPI tracking templates grounded in data.
• Aggregate VOC data with AI to surface themes at scale.
• Monitor competitive landscape and summarize market signals for leadership insights.
